There should be equality among the male and female employees as this is main criteria for the organization to gain competitive advantage in the entire competitive market. It is the sole responsibility of the existing employees and higher-level officials to take care about the new employees wherein they are getting equal opportunity to take part in the process of decision making in the organization. Proper permission is required to be provided to the employees in the organization for choosing flexible schedule as there can be employees who can practice different religious prayers and they need to attend it as this is their culture. Proper acknowledgement is required to be done for the different faiths in the workplace as well. It can be seen that the inclusive kind of environment requires diversity awareness skills along with effective systems of organizations as well. Proper analysis and practice is required to be there while dealing with different conflicts in the workplace. The proper pattern and style of communication is required to be analysed effectively as this will help the employees in gaining huge support from the entire organization. The organization needs to take care of the different requirements and solve the conflicts with proper implementation of different strategies. Proper equality is required to be maintained among all the individuals in the workplace as this will help the company in handling conflicts and communication and solve them in an effective manner with proper implementation of resources and technology in an effectual and appropriate manner.
